I am passionate about food and everything that surrounds it; good food calls for good drinks, so asking for wine, beer, cocktail or juice pairing is not only welcome, but encouraged!
I respect and choose my ingredients according to the season and, maintaining a personal relationship with the people behind them is a choice that ensures my guests the best quality on the table.
Feeding people is a strong responsibility and I commit to that day after day.
I’ve travelled and learnt a lot during the years.
My trips significantly influenced my way of cooking; a list of what you can expect to taste with me in your kitchen includes regional Italian, French, Spanish, Thai, Mexican, Peruvian, Japanese and Middle-Eastern cuisines, both casual and fine dining.
You can trust me to design you a menu or you can choose the food you want or need according to your dietary or religious requirements.
And, since I am father of 2, you can expect some really good family style cooking too!
I am based in Ibiza (Spain) throughout the year, but with the right notice I am more than happy to catch a plane and fly to your place, in Europe or in the whole world.

Chef was awesome, very attentive, on time, and explained each dish as he presented them. Only hiccup was that he dropped a glass that happened to damage the property and when i contacted TakeAChef they didn't respond.
