Bringing joy to others through my cooking is what I love most.

I’m a chef with 12 years of experience, born in Germany and raised on the beautiful island of Mallorca. After finishing school, I moved to Hamburg to complete a three-year gastronomy program, which marked the beginning of my professional culinary journey.

I spent eight years in Hamburg, developing my skills and exploring the flavors of Nordic and Asian cuisines—an experience that shaped my cooking style.

Since returning to Mallorca four years ago, I’ve worked in several kitchens across the island, continuing to grow as a chef. For the past two years, I’ve been part of the team at De Tokio a Lima as Sous Chef, while also working as a private chef—bringing people joy through flavourful food and a warm, personalised dining expirience.
