I am a professional chef with over ten years of professional experience including many years in Asia and Europe.

I completed my gastronomic studies in Germany, and in addition to traditional cuisine, I also learned modern cuisine, dietary cuisine and molecular cuisine.

My culinary diversity is also reflected in my creations, as I combine a wide variety of flavors.

I combine the influences of different cultures with different ingredients to create the best possible experience, with style and personal flair to create a unique experience every time i cook.

I strive to make each dish satisfying and memorable. Im specializes in creating a uniquely thoughtful food, which will not only excite one’s tastes, but provide the perfect dining experience.
