I am an experienced chef and current owner of Taja from Raza. I have previously worked in a number of 5 star restaurants and hotels all around Europe. With over 18 years of experience in the catering industry I have been working for well recognised international companies such as Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn.
I have an immense passion for culinary arts and enjoy learning about new and creative ways to prepare and present food.
In my most recent position at World Buffet I have been preparing over 80 different individual dishes and served hundreds of happy costumers daily.
I specialise in Asian cuisine such as Indian, Chinese and Arabic. I am well recognised from my curry and grill dishes. I propose to prepare a delicious 3 course meal with a mixed starters, main course and side dish. I can also prepare an at home buffet great for gathering and celebrations.
I have full confidence that nobody will leave the table hungry.
