A competent kosher chef in the French fusion style
A former advertising executive and an orthodox jew I have been cooking kosher for many years.
Born in London and married to a girl from Antwerp I have been straddling the two cultures for many years and have happily immersed myself in the two very distinct dining scenes. With good kosher restaurants few and far between I have enjoyed myself recreating enticing restaurant dishes in peoples own homes, as well as occasionally discreetly reproducing the caterers menus for a (usually) limited number of kosher guests.
