I am a professional chef with over 16 years of experience in the food and catering industry. I studied traditional Thai cooking in Thailand, training in classical French technique , knife skills, Sushi making.

I think of myself as having an all rounded skills in the kitchen . I am of Caribbean background, so I always cook with joy and a smile on my face . All that I do is done with creativity, passionate and flair, this is what drives me to give the best , my food always speak for itself.

I am well spoken, polite and manner-able . Even though I am quiet knowledgeable the food a offer, I am also adoptable to your needs and taste.

Chef Wayne was really amazing. He prepared a lovely dinner for me and my family on an important birthday. We highly recommend him for a special occasion :)

Chef Wayne was amazing. The menu was great. He did a vegetarian dish for one of the guest. He was nice, polite, discreet and did a wonderful job during the whole evening. He even printed little cards with the menu and placed them at each seat. All guests were impressed. I strongly recommend him and the whole concept for the evening. Thank you Chef Wayne :)

Chef Wayne was a pleasure to work with. From the moment of booking, he has been very accommodating to my needs and wishes on the menu and made sure we exchanged prior to the dinner to clarify any of my questions. On the day of the dinner, he was very punctual and arrived with Maggie for the service. The service was spot on! The food was incredible and so nicely presented. Chef Wayne even made us some amuse-bouche and offered us some Tobacco rhum shots to taste as he knew it was my birthday we were celebrating. I would 100% recommend the experience with Chef Wayne and I can’t wait to have the opportunity to try his food again!

We were very satisfied with our private Dinner. Wayne prepared very tasty dishes, we could bring in our wishes, too. The whole presentation was very professional.
