Terrific and authentic! Cooking around the world with lots of love and care, feeding the soul. ⚜️

I’m a professional chef with 15 years experience in the culinary world. I’m also a teacher and sommelier; with degree in Gastronomy and Sommelier at the best and major University for chefs in Brazil. I have actually started with 8 years old, cooking some cakes, pizzas, pastas to my friends and family, showing my talent and natural gift.

I have worked in a few hotels, restaurants and companies (food industries), with events, staff training, rosters, customer service, wine tastings and sales, developing menus and recipes, cooking, undercover client and others roles. Managing staff teams from 5 to 50 people (waiters, cooks, etc.), private and big events (5 to 3000 guests).

My sense of taste and smell are very refined, acute and fussy;  what is excellent to a chef, but even with those peculiar characteristics I am humble and authentic.

My specialties are: meat, fish, pastas (lasagne and pizzas also), risottos, pies, cakes, desserts, breads, vegetables, healthy, vegetarian foods, barbecue and others; with Italian, Portuguese, Brazilian, French, Italian, Irish, Nordic and Asiatic influences.
