My name is Leonardo Vitali, I'm 33 years old, I've been working in the kitchen for 19 years. I began my journey in the kitchen when I was 14 and a half years old in the historic center of Lucca in the most prestigious café when I was still attending the hotel management school in Barga. At the age of 20 I started travelling, working in Italy, Belgium and Switzerland. The desire to learn and to get involved was always stronger and led me to work in large kitchens of 4S, 5 star luxury hotels, and the good fortune to work with great professionals including 4 Michelin chefs. I currently work in Switzerland in the Grisons, I carry out consultancy in Italy for restaurateurs and I do dinners at home. I define myself as a traditional, passionate and very creative cook. I love making people feel good at the table.
