I am decent of a line of chefs, who learn the traditional ways of cooking in the hills of the Amalfi coast. I am half Italian, half Portuguese and just like my food full of character and flavour. Feeding others is what feeds my soul. Nutrition is my focus and every meal is designed with health at the heart.
