I’m a nomad plant-based chef who loves creating wholesome, healthy meals inspired by the places and people I meet along the way.
I’m Bruna, a nomadic plant-based chef originally from Portugal, currently based in sunny Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Over the past few years, I’ve blended my love for travel, wellness, and good food by working at retreats, on catamarans, and in vegan hotels—anywhere I can bring people together over nourishing meals. My style is all about vibrant, wholesome dishes made with local, seasonal ingredients, always with a relaxed, soulful vibe. I’ve also got a background in hospitality and yachting, which means I’m just as comfortable cheffing at a jungle retreat as I am planning menus on the sea. Whether it’s a wellness-focused event, a surf retreat, or a private gathering, I’m all about creating food that feels as good as it tastes.
