I am a native of France and found my calling to cuisine while at culinary school at Château Manoir de Chantilly, France, in 1994.
I lived in Africa for many years where I discovered a multitude of unique culinary style and flavors.
My love of traveling led me around the world but I finally decided to settle in Costa Rica 22 years ago.
The Rich Coast lends opportunity for an array of beautifully fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and meats..
My studies and work experience in 3 stars restaurants in France has given me the expertise to own and operate two successful restaurants in Jaco over the past 10 years.
