I graduated in Culinary Arts in 2018 and began my career in Barrio Escalante, one of Costa Rica’s most recognized gastronomic areas. I later managed restaurants in Jacó, gaining experience in leadership, kitchen operations, and customer service. I also have a strong background in beverages and mixology, with hands-on experience as a bartender. My career blends culinary creativity, restaurant management, and beverage expertise.
