Young Creative Chef
Im a young creative chef specialized on vegan food, I characterize myself to have the experience in improved and create dishes of all types. I used to lived on a self-sustaining farm where i learnd to work on earth and cook every day with fire, experience in making bread, all types of preserves from cero with all natural ingridrients, desserts, etc. I had work in several restaurants with original concepts as farm to tabel ( La casa Restaurant Nosara) Raw Vegan Plant Based (Naked Foods Nosara) and participate in organic markets like ( Feria verde de Aranjuez) . My experience of cooking is autodidact, i also learned sharing knoledge in retreats and with chef friends. I traveled several countrys around the world to experience knew flavors and concepts. In this present i run a business call Huaca Mole sodita where we make vegan street food and slowfood. But life has show me how to cook every type of food with intention and love.
