I am a apasionate cook, with experience in Costa Rica typical food, 10 years expirience in BBQ, I managed a college dinning room in an international institution with 70 nationalities students. I have my own catering service for exclusives activities for important national executives. I use the best quality and fresher ingredients to get best food. I love to work with meats in the BBQ, sauces and middle east food. I know a lot about Mexican fos as well. I have knowledge about Sea food, celiac, vegetarian, vegan and low carbs diets
