Get to know me better

I’m a chef focused on bold flavors, fire cooking, and elevated dining experiences inspired by my roots in butchery.

I’m a chef and butcher from Costa Rica, raised on a cattle farm where my connection to food began early. My background in performing arts and years of travel shaped my creativity and appreciation for flavors and ingredients. I built my own butchery lab, trained at INALEC in Mexico in 2019, and earned a Cook A certification from INA in 2021. Today, I create bold, fire-driven dining experiences that blend butchery, culture, and high-end gastronomy, turning every meal into something unique and memorable.
