I am a professional chef with a degree in Tourism, Hotels, and Restaurant Management from Universidad Latina. My culinary journey began at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel and continued with valuable experience at renowned international hotel chains such as Hyatt and Marriott. Throughout my career, I have worked as a server, bartender, mixologist, and supervisor—roles that gave me a deep understanding of hospitality, menu creation, and personalized guest service.

My passion for cooking was truly sparked while working alongside a gifted Caribbean chef, who inspired me to explore the depth and diversity of our national cuisine. Originally from Nicoya—one of the world’s Blue Zones, known for the longevity and vitality of its people—I am proud to incorporate local, nutrient-rich ingredients and traditional recipes into my dishes. I believe in honoring the wisdom of my region’s lifestyle and gastronomy, blending it with modern culinary techniques to offer unique, health-conscious experiences.

Beyond creating menus and flavor combinations, I am deeply committed to providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong, collaborative kitchen teams. My mission is to share the richness of Costa Rican culture through food that nourishes both body and soul.
