I am a lover of the freedom of create, like to put my soul in my creations.

I am an ethnically Latin chef with a passion for exploring and experiencing the vibrant culinary cultures of South America and Central America. Throughout my journey, I have traveled extensively, immersing myself in the diverse flavors and ingredients that define these regions.

My culinary education has taken me to Panama, Argentina, and Costa Rica, where I have honed my skills and learned from the rich culinary traditions of each country. This multicultural background has provided me with a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for the culinary heritage of Latin America.
