I began my culinary journey 30 years ago, completing five years of professional training before working alongside renowned chefs in restaurants. Through dedication, passion, and hard work, I quickly advanced to the position of Head Chef and have now spent more than 25 years leading professional kitchens.

For the majority of my career, I have worked in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, including 10 years as Executive Chef at Langosta Beach Club, where I developed a reputation for delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading high-performing culinary teams.

Today, I bring that same level of expertise and creativity to my work as a private chef, offering personalized dining experiences that combine restaurant-quality cuisine with attentive, tailored service. Whether preparing intimate dinners, family gatherings, or special celebrations, my goal is to create memorable meals using fresh ingredients, refined techniques, and a passion for hospitality.
