A self taught cook, I am passionate about Indian food and what it represents. It is much more than just butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and Naan. It can be simple to complex , but always satiating and flavorful. Ever had fritatas of plantain flowers? Or a dip made of coconut and other lentils? My gastronomical journey has taught me that subtle tastes lie in such under appreciated foods.

Food is a way to nourish our body. I make sure that it nourishes deliciously. I recently relocated to Costa Rica and have been working as a private chef within my neighborhood where I cook Indian dishes.
