My background is rooted in the demanding world of UHNW private estates in Florida, where I spent two years delivering meticulous, high-standard service to ultra-high-net-worth clients who require absolute discretion and excellence. Most recently, I served as Executive Consultant Chef at El Arca, a 12-room boutique hotel and organic farm in Costa Rica, where I developed rotating farm-to-table tasting menus, fermented preserves, and wellness retreat programming for yoga and active lifestyle guests.
As a Certified Sports Nutritionist, I don't just cook — I design performance-driven menus specifically tailored to the active Nosara lifestyle. Whether I am catering to professional surfers, elite athletes, or wellness seekers, my focus remains on anti-inflammatory, high-energy, and recovery-based ingredients.
