I am a professional chef who studied at IAG (Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía), the biggest culinary school in Argentina and a leading Latin American institution. I trained with different senior chefs before working in several restaurants in Argentina. Now in a change of life path as an entrepeneur. Working among mushrooms, algea, plants and ferments to create explosive taste and colorful plates.
