Hello, nice to meet you!

I’m a professional chef with over 7 years of experience working around the world. I started cooking when I was just a kid — as the oldest of five siblings, I’d often whip up new dishes for them whenever our parents were away.

My cooking style is very much fusion, with strong Spanish and French roots. I’m a big believer in using local, organic ingredients — quality and sustainability are key for me.

I created Antoine’s Kitchen to bring personalized, one-of-a-kind culinary experiences to each and every client. It’s all about making something unforgettable, just for you.
