My career began in Germany and has taken me to Switzerland, The Savoy in London, and luxury hotels across Europe and the Middle East. These experiences have shaped my cooking: rooted in classical techniques, inspired by flavours from around the world, and centred on fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Alongside my role as Executive Chef at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof, I offer private dining that combines carefully prepared food with warm, attentive service. Together, we’ll design a menu that reflects your preferences, so you can relax, enjoy the occasion and spend time with your guests.
