I studied Microbiology and further deepened my food safety expertise through ISO 22000 certification. My culinary journey began with Aloha’s Cuisine and has taken me through reputable establishments like Craft Gourmet, Sheraton, and Foodcourt, where I served as Head Chef. I specialize in creating wholesome meals and unforgettable dining experiences that reflect purpose, creativity, and excellence. Now through Amaryllis Spring, I bring the farm-to-table philosophy to life, blending flavor with nutrition in every dish I serve.
