I am a passionate chef, with international culinary skills, creating gourmet dining experiences with authenticity.
I am a self thought chef, that started off offering supperclubs in London, serving gourmet Caribbean cuisine. This project quickly became popular and took off with many appearances in the media and tv cook shows. My experiences stems from traditionally Bajan cooking from as young as 11 years old, through to living in Nothern Italy, Phuket, Spain and Morocco. I served contemporary leveated dishes as well as traditional.
