I have been a professional chef for the past 15 years. Worked as the executive chef at a very successful Italian restaurant, and now own my own Italian full service fine dining restaurant. I love the history behind each dish, and love pairing wines with my dishes. There is no request I cannot fulfill, either using my own experience or hiring an expert, and learning from him/her. Love teaching small groups, and am very easy going.
