I am passionate about cooking and service, I am a sociable and respectful person.
I am a passionate cook with more than 20 years in the culinary industry, and worked for different organizations, restaurants and projects. Collaborate with the national surfing team of Puerto Rico in the World Cup qualifying for the Olympics and then collaborate with the entire delegation of Puerto Rico in the Paris 2024 Olympics that I was their personal chef.
