Carmine Bevilacqua is a 39 years old Italian Private Chef living between London and Monaco , on the French Riviera. World traveler, he has worked for few Michelin Starred chefs and many renowned establishments around the globe.

Chef Carmine now brings several years of experience (Since 2017)as a Private Chef with the most discerning of clients, collaborating on both intimate in-home gatherings and larger high-profile events.

He graduated in 2003,with a Professional Culinary Cooking Degree Alma in Parma.

Started his career in Italy.

His professional experiences includes Michelin-starred.

Michelin rated Chef Carmine Bevilacqua was spectacular! His food was incredibly delicious and his presentation was stunning. All the ingredients were fresh and healthy. He was engaging, let us watch him cook, gave great cooking tips and techniques, and was a pleasure to talk to. He modified the menu to accommodate one with peanut allergies, and one who is gluten-free. And not just give a bowl of fruit while everyone else eats lava cake, but made caramelized apples with a sabayon cream. Everything was cooked from scratch, not already made and warmed up. Great client interaction. Now the menu: Course 1: Giant sea scallops imported from the cold waters off the English coast seared and basted in butter with a quenelle salsa. Course 2: Jumbo prawns over perfectly cooked risotto. Course 3: Filet Mignon with a port wine reduction sauce (insanely good!), italian chard, and a celeriac puree. Course 4: the caramelized apples. A meal and experience we'll never forget! Obviously, I recommend him!

Great service. My client was really happy

Carmine, what a chef !! He had obviously had a stressful day having been delayed by another client, however he took everything in his stride and produced an amazing meal all from scratch on the night. There was no pre-plating, everything was cooked to order in the kitchen. The presentation, the taste and the quality of the food were all first rate. We found Carmine a very engaging chef, very pleasant and his effort in the kitchen could not be surpassed. He worked late however he didn't try to cut corners or rush us. The kitchen was immaculate when he left. We would highly recommend him however would caution you to book him well in advance as he certainly is popular. Rob & Rebecca

Carmine is an incredible chef. He was so knowledgeable and energetic. The presentation of the dishes was top notch. We could really tell how professional he was and his depth of experience. All the ingredients were purchased that day and prepared in front of us. Amazing dinner experience!

Chef Carmine prepared an exceptionally fresh and delicious meal for our party of eight, including four young children. The flavor combinations were very creative. Not only were the adults impressed but the were kids, too!

Chef Carmine was friendly and professional and managed to deliver great quality food despite the oven in our rented kitchen not working. His menu was inventive and the food was delicious, we would highly recommend him.

The chef was late and in a hurry to the next job. He also used some ingredients from our fridge and leaving some of the bought ingredients unused. However, the food was incredible and the chef was polite and we can recommend him! Review to Take a Chef: the pricing should be different for kids and adults. Especially for us since the kids had a separate menu for the starter. Also, it would be nice to see a breakdown of the total paid price.

Our family had a pleasure to enjoy three dinners prepared by Chef Carmine. All menus were incredible, some dishes totally surpassed our expectations. Beyond the very high quality of gastronomy he provides, our whole family enjoyed Chef Carmine's company. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience! Carmine provided the menu, we asked to adjust a course due to some preferences and he provided multiple options to substitute. He arrived on time and prepared, and quickly created a gastronomical feast. The presentation was great, and each course highlighted the ingredients. I would absolutely recommend Carmine.

Carmine and his wife were incredible chef and sommelier. They cooked us fresh seafood they bought from the market the same day. 3 course meal they cooked all fresh in our kitchen. He explained every portion and could tell his passion for cooking and putting on a great experience. I would use them again.
