I’m a professional Chef with 14 years of experience. I’ve worked for world renowned Chefs like Wolfgang Puck and big corporations like JetBlue and Apple as a private Chef to their staff. Preparing and planning menus with flavors from all around the world. Although my roots are Caribbean Creole, I enjoy cooking Asian inspired cuisine along side Mexican, and American. I specialize in nostalgic fine dine meals that’s affordable for all! Bringing back memories from the past or igniting a new sensation for you!
