I’m a professional Chef with 14 years of experience. I’ve worked for world renowned Chefs like Wolfgang Puck and big corporations like JetBlue and Apple as a private Chef to their staff. Preparing and planning menus with flavors from all around the world. Although my roots are Caribbean Creole, I enjoy cooking Chinese cuisine along side Mexican, Mediterranean and American. I specialize in nutritionally balanced nostalgic meals that bring back memories from the past. Full of flavor, bright in color and an all around culinary experience you won’t forget!

I learned to cook in grandma’s kitchen at the age of 10. That’s what fuels my culinary journey and got me cooking w/ Wolfgang Puck and Josh Bernstein.
