I've been a Professional Chef since 2002, I Studied at the Barbados Community College Hospitality Institute. I have over 20 years' experience in the field. I've worked at a number of restaurants. I have also been the Head chef of beach club for over 8years. I'm passionate about preparing healthy food and creating great dishes for my guests.
