A group of culinary professionals led by Executive Chef Dane Saddler who was trained at Johnson and Wales in Miami. He is the founder of Caribbean Villa Chefs, providing private chefs and catering in the Caribbean and specialising in a wide range of cuisines. Our chefs have worked at some of the top restaurants and hotels in Barbados and the Caribbean , from the five Diamond Sandy Lane Hotel to the Cotton House In Mustique and are ready to make your dinner or event , one to remember.
