I am a professional chef graduated in 2007 from the Central American Institute of Technology, between 2008 and 2010 I worked holding events and congresses, and in 2013 I obtained a specialty in bartending, in 2014 I worked in one of the most exclusive restaurants in the country, brio sole, currently looking to share my knowledge with the new creative minds in the kitchen.
