With over 25 years of experience in luxury resorts and international hospitality, I bring a refined yet soulful approach to Caribbean cuisine, blending local ingredients with global techniques.
My signature experience is cooking with Firewood, where guests enjoy a multi-course meal cooked over open flame in an intimate immersive setting.
