We are so glad to have connected with Chef Fabian. Every dish was on point. We're still talking about that soup! Highly recommend his services. And thanks as well to Sylvanus who joined Chef to serve. He was excellent.

The experience with Chef Fabian well exceeded our expectations. We had him come to our rental 3 nights for dinner during our week stay and each meal blew us out of the water. He sent the menu ahead of time so we were able to choose what we wanted for each course, and Chef Fabian explained each dish as it came out. He, as well as his assist Skeeter, were both engaging and friendly and they left the kitchen spotless when finished. Would highly highly recommend! Well worth the spend.

Chef Fabian provided meals most days of a week long vacation on St Lucia for a party of 10. He provided a menu for the first evening but after that we were happy for his recommendations within a few constraints such as not everyone ate meat. Every meal was exceptional, excellent flavors and eye catching presentation that made our stay memorable for the food alone.

Chef Fabian was absolutely incredible! Not only was his food some of the best we've ever eaten, but he was a wonderful person, too! We loved talking to him and hearing his background. He was personable, humble and funny. Can't recommend him enough! My partner and I hired him for a birthday and we still can't stop talking about how delicious the food was. We've eaten at Michelin star restaurants that weren't as good - seriously! Best of luck to Chef Fabian, he deserves all the good things!

Our experience with Chef Fabian was better than we could have imagined! From the impressive preparation of the food, to the super cool plating, to the taste - this was an experience worth more than the price! Aside from those things, we enjoyed learning about where the food came from and that farm-to-table is of the utmost importance to him. You could see, feel, and taste his love of his art! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. Our kitchen was spotless upon his departure! He is one of the reasons we will visit St. Lucia again - and reserve his time.

Wow, wow, WOW. Chef Fabian and his team were absolutely incredible. We would put this dinner up against any James Beard-nominated chef we’ve dined with. Not to mention, much of what he served was grown on his property! Our only disappointment was not booking him every night we’re here—I’ll be dreaming about those banana nests for years to come!

Chef Fabian was amazing. I had a really hard time finding a chef in St Lucia because the island was on curfew due to covid. He confirmed with me only two days before the meal (1 of those days, the stores were closed because it was an all day shut down) and still was very prepared. He made a 4 course St Lucian style dinner. He explained all the dishes and even found a way to accommodate my friend who doesn't eat fish. I was also very impressed by the fact that he actually baked us a cake for dessert while he was preparing all the other courses! He cleaned everything up afterwards. Very professional and thorough.
