Over the past 17 years, I have built a successful career as a hospitality professional and part of the senior management team at the respective resorts. I believe that the knowledge and skill that I have attained, have equipped me with a thorough understanding of the industry in today’s demanding and competitive market.
In the course of my career as a Food and Beverage Director/Executive Chef, I have develop skill that will enable me to succeed in any new role or challenge that I pursue. I have over the years dedicate myself to good leadership to which I have proven to be, often times exceeding goal and expectation. During my career, I have also acquired skills and experience necessary for future career move and some key proficiencies I can bring to any company are as follows:
Developing and Implementing of health and safety procedure aimed to minimizing ever-present risk associated with the industry; which will subsequently enhance compliance, accessing and managing risk
Very good wine knowledge and understanding:
Guest resolution through duty managerial experience
Good food and service knowledge
Managing cost within budgetary constraints: balance in very important in every aspect of living, a successful business must pride itself on finding the balance in income and expenditure. “Meets and exceeds guest expectation in the same breath minimizing cost.
Connection to the right hospitality professionals: whether it be suppliers or employees who can grow with the business, purveyors both locally and internationally, trainers etc. it is essential that any business entertains the right partners to ensure harmonious growth.
