Passionate and committed foodie.

I am a highly motivated and success driven individual, diligent, very passionate, very creative, responsible and a hard working professional self taught chef with with over 15 years of experience and with a law background. Finally in 2016, I was able to obtain my chef certification by means of a specialized technical validation course, with a well accredited cookery school in Porlamar, Margarita Island, Venezuela, accredited and endorsed jointly by the Venezuelan Ministry of Education, Universidad de Margarita (Unimar), the Venezuelan Culinary Association (Nueva Esparta Chapter), the South American Gastronomic Federation and, as well as the Chambers of Commerce, Tourism, and Hoteliers respectively of Nueva Esparta State, Venezuela.
