Enjoying my life through cooking for the pleasure of others

A professional chef with over 35 years of experience in the industry, I studied culinary art in my home town of Montpellier in the south of France.

Paris, London and New York are some of the cities where I was able to work and develop my skills in some of the best restaurants. Along the way my career took me to St. Lucia in the Caribbean where I never felt the need to move on. I developed a liking for the local produces and enjoy sharing my love for the island through an authentic culinary experience.
