I am a professional with 10 years of experience in kitchens as well as my own food truck and catering business with a wide range of culinary mediums from all over the world. I also have many years of cooking experiences for guests of a wide range of dietary requirements including Celiac, Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Ayurveda, TCM, Keto, Paleo, Atkins, and more

I believe food is the Great Connector and I strive to carry that intention in everything I do. Striving to feed delicious food with locally sourced ingredients is a priority as freshness is the foundation of flavor.

Chef Gio was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly flexible with our family of 15 and attentive to all dietary needs. The food was delicious, and he was always thoughtful in both preparation and clean up. Beyond being a talented chef, he has a wonderful personality and made us feel completely comfortable welcoming him into our group. Highly recommend.

Giovanni was our first chef experience and has set a high bar for what we expect going forward! Everything he made was incredibly delicious and unique in some way. He brought his humble personality to each dish, making it a special experience for us. We miss him already!

Giovanni was amazing! his food was incredible and he was very very nice. he picked us up a dessert when we didn’t include that which was very caring. I would highly recommend him to everyone!!!

Chef Giovianni was incredible. I came here for a bachelor party with 10 people and having him as a private chef is a MUST DO. He was extremely nice and professional. He is also very responsive (very important for me). The food was delicious and plentiful. The Tres Leches is the most amazing thing there is. He cleans before and after he cooks. You will get the full 5 star experience with him.

We cannot recommend Chef Gio enough!! He was on time, personable, innovative, not to mention an incredible chef! He incorporated our requests and allergies and fused it with traditional Puerto Rican foods and flavors. He prepped and cooked in a less than ideal (rented) kitchen and said he enjoyed the challenge. He was kind to the children and older family members. Truly think he is one of a kind.

“Where do I start with Gio?? He was absolutely all things amazing! He catered to a group of 9 women but made everyone feel special individually at the same time. I don’t like fried eggs or poached eggs, no issue for Gio, he made me scrambled eggs one day and an omelette on another. For two other guests he catered to their vegan requests. Gio laughed and joked with us but remained professional 100% of the time. I told him he would be my forever chef when visiting Puerto Rico. He’s a gem.”

Gio was an amazing chef to work with! Our multi-generational family of 10 had multiple breakfasts & dinners scheduled during our recent stay in Puerto Rico. Gio was prompt, extremely responsive to change requests and the food was amazing. Each course included family recipes & fresh, organic produce! Our little kids (3-9) loved helping to set the table and help - Gio was so kind and involved them. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Chef Gio was an incredible chef. He took the time to get to know us and how he should prepare our meals. He was extremely attentive, kind, and thoughtful. On top of the that, the food was seasoned well and the presentation was impeccable. We would wholeheartedly hire him again for all our future trips to Puerto Rico.
