I was a Mountain Climber / Guide before fall in love with cooking. While climbing high altitude peaks in the Himalaya used to give helping hands to Sherpa friends I felt Rejuvenate my energy while spending time in Camp Kitchen. Than start helping Mom while spend time at home . Later become East Indian Cuisine chef having knowledge of fusion of Indo Chinese / Indo Italian / Indo-Caribbean . Journey goes through by rendering my service in India, United States of America and Thailand since 1997 . Was proud member of chef's team of Commonwealth Games , New Delhi 2010. Currently serving in Caribbean country, Saint Lucia. as Chef / Owner of a eatery place called INDIAN CHEF
