I am currently a Sous Chef at the Windjammer Landing Resort. However I began my career in the kitchen as a dishwasher. My dedication and hard work was observed by the Chef at the time ,who took me under his wings and began training me. From the time I was given this opportunity I availed myself to every training opportunity and also sought to improve my skill. I have gained skills and experience in every aspect of cooking and catering. I am dedicated to constant improvement which ultimately will result in the satisfaction of my customers
