I am a self taught chef who has been working in the culinary industry as early as 13 thanks to my dad who would take me on his gigs to gain experience. This early exposure has really help me to soak up the all the things I need to succeed as a chef I then decided to move from under my dad's wing when I got the privilege to work in some of the best restaurants on the island
