I have been a Chef for over 20 years, after working in some of the most renounced restaurants in the San Juan area, I decided to make my own brand of artisanal pesto sauce (Del Patio 2012), and become a private chef to create a more personal delightful experience for my clients when I cook for them using all the experience and knowledge influenced by all the years I worked with Puerto Rican, French, and international top Chefs of the San Juan area.

What an amazing experience! Chef Jose and his assistant were both so friendly, professional, and created an amazing meal. We experienced a power outage when the chef arrived and they were somehow able to still cook dinner using only an outdoor grill. They really saved the day! I cannot recommend Chef Jose enough

The crew was fabulous!!! We enjoyed every second of the food and service!!

Jose and Kiara delivered incredible service to our family. The communication leading up on menu options was prompt and made me feel at ease. Being able to provide dishes specific for my nephews was great and didn't leave me worrying if they would eat the food. The food tasted incredible and I cannot wait to buy some of Jose's sauces and pesto. Wonderful experience for hiring a chef for the first time.
