My name is Jose Muniz. I am a professional chef, currently an executive chef at a healthy food restaurant. I started my culinary experience in the military, being part of the US Navy. From then on, my interest in culinary arts led me to study it and practice as a professional chef. I have worked in different renowned restaurants and hotels as a cook and executive chef. I am passionate about working with fire, bbq and grills. I specialized in this type of cooking and in live paellas.
