A passionate chef , providing flavor in every bite!

I am a professional chef with experiences in both pastry and international cuisine. I started cooking at the tender age of 6. After i finished high school , i applied for culinary school where i spent two years before heading to Walt Disney World as an intern. getting to experience different cuisines and working amongst celebrity chefs at the Food & Wine festival.

I returned home to Barbados and immediately started working at a popular restaurant in st lawrence gap where i’ve since worked the line , created dessert menus , work pizzas and salads.

Throughout my 6 years of experiences I’ve been lucky to have worked with some of the most amazing chefs. My experience in the industry thus far speaks through my flavors , work ethic and presentation.
