I am a professional chef with experiences in both pastry and international cuisine. I started cooking at the tender age of 6. After i finished high school , i applied for culinary school where i spent two years before heading to Walt Disney World as an intern. getting to experience different cuisines and working amongst celebrity chefs at the Food & Wine festival.

I returned home to Barbados and immediately started working at a popular restaurant in st lawrence gap where i’ve since worked the line , created dessert menus , work pizzas and salads.

Throughout my 6 years of experiences I’ve been lucky to have worked with some of the most amazing chefs. My experience in the industry thus far speaks through my flavors , work ethic and presentation.

We employed Latipha for a period of two weeks over Christmas and New Year for which she prepared most of our lunches and dinners (six adults) . Latipha is a very pleasant, professional and presentable young chef. We discussed menus regularly and she was able to source and prepare many of our favourite dishes both international and local. We gladly recommend her to you. Stand out dishes included perfectly cooked steak, mouth watering lobster and a variety of deserts.

The portions were generous, flavors unmatched, and value immeasurable.

Latipha prepared a series of incredible meals for our group of 6. She was amazingly friendly and every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommend!

Chef Latipha did a great job and the food was amazing! It was a surprise for my mother's birthday, and with very little time or details to prepare, Latipha crafted the perfect menu, and was on top of everything from the beginning, including extra coordination for the surprise. It was a meal my mom will never forget, and I'd strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a great in-home dining experience!

Latipha was more than we ever could have imagined. Not only was she incredibly adept in the kitchen - she is also and AMAZING woman. She arrived on time - brought her knives - immediately made a connection with Tracy and myself - and contoured the menu 'ad hoc' to our tastes. We would absolutely have her come this way again. Oh, and her food? Fantastic (pro-tip - her Mango cheesecake is impregnable) Brian

The private chef experience was a gift to my friends who were recently engaged. Chef Latipha really wowed them with her professionalism and high quality food. They both said it was better than restaurant quality and plan to hire her again in the future. Although I did not taste the food, I was also impressed by Chef Latipha's communication and punctuality. I felt that it would be a good experience from the beginning just because she was so responsive. Thank you again for this Chef! As for the note about the menu, the only options it gives in that field are that I got the menu by WhatsApp or Printed or both. I got the menu by this website but this is not an option so I didn't really know how to answer that part of the survey.

Latipha served us an excellent dinner which we all enjoyed, and left the kitchen spotless. It was a wonderful evening!
