A professional chef, that strives for the best flavours and takes huge pride in my work.

I am a professional chef, I started cooking straight from school and have been doing so for the past 14 years. I started my career working in some of the best hotel and restaurants in Manchester, UK. Before venturing out and working in Melbourne, Australia. Followed by a 4 year stint working in one of the most prestigious fish restaurants in Mayfair, London. I have recently been living and working on the west coast, Barbados for the past 1 1/2 years. I take great pride in my work and always strive to deliver the highest standard for my guests.
