My culinary journey began at a young age, and it's been a lifelong passion ever since. With 20+ years of experience as a professional eclectic chef, I've refined my craft through French training and a blend of European and Caribbean influences. My versatility in blending diverse culinary styles has earned me numerous accolades, and my passion for food is contagious. Recently, I made the exciting decision to relocate from Miami to Puerto Rico, where I'm thrilled to be the Executive Chef at one of the island's most anticipated and highly rated new restaurants, bringing my culinary expertise to the vibrant food scene here.
