I studied in the Culinary Institute of America and I used to work in resorts such as the Tamarind Cove Hotel, Ladera Resort and eventually ended up working as a personal luxury villa chef at Sandy Lane. Currently, I work as the Executive Chef at the Surfside Holding Inc at Barbados. I have strong operations professional skilled in Catering, Cooking, Hospitality Industry, Culinary Management, and Recipe Testing.
