I am a French Michelin star chef in Vietnam now. I performed TV shows in France and I've been working in Asia many times now.

I've had twice 1 MICHELIN STAR in France and Shanghai and with my father we got 2 Michelin star. I am very passionate and I love to share the best the products I can find to create a memorable moment
