I’m a 29-year-old chef with over 11 years of experience across restaurants, private events, and the tourism industry. My culinary journey began in high school, where I studied culinary arts, and later continued with a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management. I’ve refined my craft in diverse environments, including working with The Walt Disney Company and in a variety of restaurant settings. Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with notable brands and had the honor of contributing to events such as Miss Universe Puerto Rico. I was also selected as a private chef for distinguished guests staying at an exclusive Airbnb owned by Daddy Yankee.
As the founder of La Picadera de Abu, I specialize in creating elevated, intentional dining experiences tailored to each client, including a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions. My approach is rooted in flavor, culture, and connection—bringing people together through thoughtful, beautifully crafted food.
