I am a creative, hard working chef that is always in search of learning new things.
I am a professional chef with over 20 years of experience in my island, Puerto Rico. I have dedicated my life to working with the very best chefs of my city and that led my to open my own restaurants and to get the Food & Wine magazine Best New Chef accolade in 2019 and also earning a James Beard Awards nod as a semifinalist for Best Chef South in 2020.
