CIA Certified. I’m cooking since a kid. I work in family restaurants, Hyatt Regency Resorts, Chili’s, Romanos Macaroni Grill, On The Border and PF Chang’s. Experience in Garde d’ Mange, Ice Carving, Latin Cuisine. I’m Chef Instructor and Corporate Chef.

O also an SPEC expert of any kinds of ingredients and liquors. Certified Someliere, I also bring conference about wines.
