I am professional chef with 16 year in the culinary Vietnam. I'm known for traditional Italian cuisine and Modern cuisine. My passion is translating traditional and regional flavors’ into contemporary dishes with personality and taste.

What I do:

Create menu development

Create fun experiences, interactive dining and special memories

Train & inspire my team into accomplished chefs and passionate individuals

• Guarantees a high standard of culinary services offered to guests.

• Conjunction with the executive chef, prepares the hotel's F&B offers in line with the hotel's positioning

(market, competition etc) and brand policy.

• Is able to innovate and diversify services offered to guests.

• Manages and motivates the kitchen staff in order to offer a high standard of service to guests.

• Responsible for food hygiene, safety and quality in the hotel.

• Responsible for meeting the department's quantitative and qualitative targets.

• control the department’s expenses to minimize the costs and maximize the revenue through

the activities.

• Responsible for the food quality consistency.

• Responsible for control the food cost reasonable and effectively
